How do I change my password in Hosted Desktop?

 

You can change your Hosted Desktop password in a number of different ways. The easiest way is below: 

Note: you must be logged in to Hosted Desktop first

 

  • In the bottom right hand corner of you screen click the Start button and then click Windows Security

  • Choose Change Password and fill in details and confirm your new password with right arrow

NOTE: In the interests of security your password must meet the following minimum requirements:

is at least 7 characters;
has not been used in the previous 10 passwords;
does not contain your account or full name
contains at least one of each of the following character groups;
English uppercase characters (A through Z);
English lowercase characters (a through z);
Numerals (0 through 9) or Non-alphabetic characters (such as !, $, #, %)
